Colored Digi images with copics. Added cotton candy stickles to bunnies ears and diamond glaze to nose and egg for the shiny effect---doesn't show very well :(   Used brush and broken china distress ink to soften background. Added a touch of lime green stickles to blades of grass :)  Used foam tape to give image dimension.  The inside of card below features Miss Primaballerina and the MS butterflies :)

MMSC46

MMSC46 has a fantastic sketch this week
I used Tina Wenke's Mouse and Rabbit with Sunflower stamp.  Tried a new coloring technique~~ prismacolor pencils with mineral spirits :)  Gives a very soft and delicate look.  For first time I was quite impressed with myself (lol)
I don't know what the dp is. Found in my paper assortment box. Cardstock is SU chocolate chip.  The leaf beauties were stamped on kraft paper with versamark and heat embossed with AC Zing white powder and then I colored in leaves with copic marker (G21) Love the look!!!  Used MS pansy border punch and added gold rhinestones for centers.  Cut out image and dp with Spellbinders deckled and scalloped large rectangles.  Dimensionalized the pansy border and dp layers with foam tape. Finished with BG bling swirls, ribbon and cute little bumble bee :)) Hope you enjoyed~~~~ Smiles

Easter Tilda

Hello and Happy Spring Everybody!!!   Life is GOOD!!!  I got a few days off and instead of washing windows like I should be doing~~guess what???  I decided to be creative (I do clean well when pressed for time--Hee hee)  I made a Magnolia Easel card.  Hope you enjoy Miss Sweet Tilda~~~Smiles

I just love these easel cards myself!!!  I colored Miss Sweet Tilda with my copics and I am really starting to experiment more and more with light sourcing on the images.  I saw on SCS newsletter that somehow you could dry emboss a frame around image---well I have to tell you the first time I tried~~TOTAL SCREW UP~~I embossed image instead of border~~~Silly Me; brain inside out--soooo I shook my head and did figure it out (LOL).  That is why on the inside tilda you may slightly see dry embossing throughout image :)  She is still so darn cute:))))  I used lime green stickles on the dress ruffle, on her hair bows, on sentiment and on the centers of flowers and buttons on inside.  Distressed dry embossing and all layers using SU spots~~ applying with a makeup brush that I do not like for my face (Hee Hee) For shine and glimmer I used Twinkling H20's on flowers and tilda's shoes--little too much on shoes~~another lesson for me today (lol)!!!!

BUTTERNUTSAGE CONTEST

What an amazing contest!!!  You won't want to miss the chance to win this superb gift!!  Donna at Butternutsage Designs is being very very gracious!!  You are to view her blog and create something using her style~~~~~
So I feel her style is clean and simple.  She uses SU products along with dry embossing and not alot of detail.  I also noticed she uses only 2 or 3 colors on her cards.  Here is my take on her style~~ I have 2 cards I made for your enjoyment!! Let me know what you think :-))))

A winner will be drawn on wed. March 17.  Good luck to all who enter this contest~~it will be fun to see what others create and really more fun to hear what Donna thinks :D   Thank you very very much Donna for the FUN FUN FUN!!!!
