It's wednesday...so that means It's Pixie Time.... another new challenge at The Pixie Cottage Blog!!!

Challenge #108 is the sketch below and/or theme--which is "Anything But a Card"

Last November, I saw this Octagon Gift Box on The Stempeleinmaleins Blog~~saved the idea for just the right moment~Tada..... the moment has come :D LOL

I used The Pixie Cottage Bear Hugs Stamp to create this Birthday Bear Gift Box filled with chocolate Kisses--Yum yum Yummmy :0)

Sides made using Marianne Creatable Die--threaded silver ribbon and inked edges with TH walnut stain before edging with silver glitter glue

Bear Hugs colored with copics--Big bear W7, 5, 3, 1...little bear E57, 55, 53, 51 R20 on nose. On pic below you can see the diamond glaze on eyes and nose

Good Day Friends~~~ I couldn't sleepin this morning so I got up at 5:00 am and decided to color. I had this image on my coloring desk and wanted to create something cheery and bright.

The image is Li'l Janiel's Harvest found in Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection!!!

Make It Colorful has a challenge going on...... to colour with Spring Colors!! I think this will fit the bill :)

I have used Copics and Prima pencils on this cutie pie.

Hello there~~~~
I have a few days off of work to get caught up on housework, business paperwork for hubby, and believe me there is a longer list but the most important task that I MUST make time for is crafting.....am having fun!!!!
The Little Darlings has just released a new line of stamps called.....Cutie Pies and WOW are they adorable. Angie has worked her magic!!! Well I took time to stamp my LD stamps....Up, Up and Away and Sooo Big...... made a card using both!!! OMG are they fun to color!!! Warningggg--Lots of pics :)

Colored with Copics--Hair E59, 39, 35, 33, 31....Skin E11, 01, 00, W3.....Boys shirt YG17, 11, E43....Pants E39, 37, 34, W3....Flower Pot YR09,16, 02, E43 added Antique Linen stickles.....Flower YR24, 23, 21,04, Y17, Y08, G99, 85, 14 added Antique Linen stickles to center.......BalloonYG 06, 03, 01, 0000 W3--YR 09, 07, 04, 02--Gelly roll clear star pen used on hanger hearts.....Girls scarf Y26, 21...clouds made with template I have in my stash and TH stormy sky DI.

I made a "Valentine Word Card". I got this idea from Dina Kowal at SCS--Thanks Dina!!! Gosh this was so much fun to create :D Hope you like it :)

My message to all my wonderful followers and friends~~~~~I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!

Pati's Kisses was colored with Copics~~Hair E77, 74, 71, 70...Shirt and hairbands RV17, 14, 02.....Skin E11, 00, R20.......Pants and teddy E44, 43, 42, 41, R20.....litely shadowed image with RV00.....accented with Gelly Roll white pen and SU Dazzling Diamonds Glitter gave sparkle and fluff to the bears tail--really love this stuff!!!!

Papers are MS textured pink CS and Heidi Grace shimmery/shiny dp. SB heart nesties are given dimension with foam tape. "Hugs and Kisses" is a Magnolia sentiment that was shaded with TH walnut stain while still in nestie. Beauty given with MS butterfly and Wild Orchid flowers.

Finally "U" kept plain and simple. Here you can notice that the Pink CS was distressed with TH walnut stain ink.

Good Day Sweet Pixie friends~~~~This week at the Pixie Cottage Blog our sketch to follow is below and the theme is -- "Clean and Simple"......Do remember---- you can use either or both.

I used the Pixie stamp--"Valentine Hannah" by Sandra Hammer

This stamp can also be purchased in the PC Mini Hannah Collection--such a lovely mini set!!!

~Inside of card~~SB heart and oval nesties used along with Lizzy Anne saying.

Colored with Copics and distressed edges of image with TH walnut stain distress ink. Papers were all from my stash--not sure the name of dp. Sentiment punched out using SU word window and modern labels punches---then made slot for ribbon with SU horizontal slot punch. Hearts were premade from local craft store--I added ribbon streamers and flowers.

Made a "Valentine Card"

Colored with Copics~~R 59, 39, 37, 35, 32, 30.....W7, 5, 3 and shadowed image with C1

Papers: Black CS and EP Dots and Stripes Christmas Collection :) Cut a slit using craft knife and threaded layered ribbons (Sheer black, fancy white and red). Decided to use MS rtp rain drop punches--thought they would be fitting with parasol :D Printed saying, which was created by Mwah, as I printed the digi. Fancied top of card with EK Success border punch. Finished off with blingy rhinestones and stardust stickles---oh and I did softened edges of image with TH weathered wood ink.

This is inside--used reverse side of EP paper......Above you see the dots and here you see the stripes---hee hee. Hearts are a craft stamp from local Michael's store. Left space for a personal message and there's the stickles again~~I really don't think I create anything without stickles :D Yes I love the glitz!!!!!!!!*@#!!!!!

Just another view :) The image and the black bordered layer are popped up with foam tape.

Over the Christmas Holidays~~The Sugar Nellie Blog was very generous and giving and made me very very happy cuz..... I won some stamps. Thanks so very much gals :)

Today I made a birthday card using one of the stamps that was sent to me.........

"Knotted With Love"

Isn't this just too sweet!!! Colored with copics and added TH stormy sky background with stipple brush. Inked edges of all papers with TH brushed corduroy. DecoArt Ice Crystal ultra fine glitter paint was used on hat brim, scarf, pom poms, woven heart as well as small hearts in image. Stardust stickles were added to wings and on woven heart also

Followed the Sugar Bowl #76 sketch and the middle panel was stamped with HB sentiment stamp and the embossed with CB folder before inking edges with TH brushed Corduroy. Sentiments are both from SU using brushed corduroy ink also.

Finished card with large Prima flower dazzled with Xmas red stickles and tucked in a few Wild Orchid Roses and a heart charm.

Today is my day to share some fun on the Sunday's with Crissy Blog!!! Our challenge for this month~~Beat the Mid-Winter Blues!! You may interpret this however you would like ;) I chose to view it as.......a beautiful summer day spent with a furry friend!!

Used Crissy's super sweet image called "Nose to Nose" merged with MiCrafty crooked picket fence ------I think it turned out pretty dern sweet!!! Truly takes me back in time when our girls were little :) Love them memories!!!

Colored with Copics~~Girl Face--E21, 01, 00, R20, W1.....Hair--Y26,21,31,E55....Shirt--B21, 0000....Pants--B39, 37, 34, 32.... Puppy--N1, 3, 5, 7 R20, E42....Fence--C7, 5, 3, 2 00....Ground and grass--YG67, 03, G82, W3, 1....Sky Blue pastel pencil with B0000, C1, 00

Papers are SU Black CS and Memory Box Minuet pack. Sentiment was computer generated and given several layered dimensions using foam tape. Dp edges were fancied with EKSuccess punch and Image was punched with MS RTP layered arches

I made a Tri-shutter Wedding Card~~My first!!!

I won these on the EH challenge awhile back and.....aren't they WONDERFUL!!!

Colored both images with copics and sparkled with Jelly roll clear star pen. On Kathy's dress and ribbon streamers I swiped alittle Moonlight Smooch--to give a glistening shine... esp. in the lite. Don't you even like her cream eye shadow---Hee Hee :)

This is the middle inside area~~~place for a personalized message

This view is when card is lying flat. Papers are DCWV Love and Wedding stack, MM vintage findings, Bazzill swiss dot CS (which I stamped with Inkadinkado script stamp).

Hearts made with SB nesties, MS heart punch. Swirls are Fancy Pants rub-ons. Sentiment is from SU Whimsical words. Finished with Wild Orchid pearls, Zva pearl flourishes and Diamond stickles.

The Sugar Bowl #75 challenge is the following sketch

I have had Winifred colored for month's....just trying to find time to create something and enter "The Sugar Bowl" challenge~~~Well today is the day!!!! YEAH--Clap--Jumping :D

Sitting in her antiquish chair is "Winifred" from the Sugar Nellie Simply Adorable collection--isn't she just darling :) Colored her with Copics--added gold spica pen to sweater buttons, design on collar and berries on her dress and hairties. Cut her out with deckled rectangle nestie. Papers are PTI cream CS, Bazzil grey textured CS and Authentique dp. Sentiment is a Heidi Grace sticker.

Flowers made with my new---SB Rose Creations dies. The metal flower centers and glitter brads are from my stash. Finished arrangement with Magnolia doohickey swirl, Wild Orchid pin and stamens.

Happy Day Pixie Friends!!!

Time for another weekly challenge at The Pixie Cottage Blog!!

Challenge #104 is the sketch below and/or the theme is Embossing. You know the rules use either the sketch or the theme......or if you are like me, I like to combine the two :D

My card today is using The Pixie Cottage image~~~Hannah with Candle by Sandra Hammer

You are probably thinking Christmas is over but I just couldn't resist coloring this cute Hannah!!! As you can see I followed the sketch and also did include dry and heat embossing as well as using already embossed dp :) Dry embossing was done with CB square lattice (which is kinda hard to see on base of card) and swiss dot folder on dp behind image.

Shows the Heat embossing using SU baroque swirl which was stamped with Versamark--sprinkled with clear embossing powder and heat set~~~~MMmm I love this stamp set!!!

Inside has more embossing!!! Used a labels 14 for saying--- dry embossed using CB swiss dot folder and then stamped Hero Arts saying with versamark....sprinkled with white embossing powder and set with heat tool :)

Colored image with copics and pastel pencils. Cut image and sentiment out with SB Labels 14 nesties. Inked while still in nestie with TH Tea dye ink.

This pic shows sparkle and shine!! DecoArt Glistening snowwriter on hat; diamond glaze on coat buttons, coat edging, candle, bow and soles of boots; yellow stickles on star, flame, leaves and ground!!

Today I made a Gift Set for a Friend :)

Being wintertime here....her and I both LOVE "Chai" as our winter warm-up beverage :D So yupper--- I found a container to decorate and filled it with powder chai to give her.

Fun Fun Fun!!!!

Image on card is MiCrafty--Chantelle at the Races

Wow what an AWESOME DIVA image to color and of course I colored her with my FAVE colors!!!

Papers are MM dp and SU cardstock. Colored with Copics and dazzled bracelet, earrings, flower centers and shoes with Jelly roll clear star pen.

Hair~~E35, YR24, YR 31 and Y23 Skin~~E11, 01, 00 Blues~~B97, 95, 93, 91 Pinks~~RV 17, 14, 11, 10 Shadowed with C02, 00

Decorated chai container with SU "Yummy" sentiment stamped with TH faded jeans ink on lite blue CS. Large flowers are Wild Orchid 2-tone Curly Wild Roses and all the rest are from my stash :) Added MM chippies and few hearts. Sparkled with Diamond Stickles

Digi Bells DT Card

Hello Dear EBell Friends~~~~Today before I share my card with you.......I have GGREEEAAAATT News~~ The Digi Bells Design Team Blog.......is going to be having a Design Team Call--Oh Yes I said DT CALL!!!! Watch ~~HERE~~ for more details starting tomorrow!!!

Now onto my card.....I used the new Christmas Digi that Lizzybee dreamed up!!! It is called........

"The Littlest Angel"

from Elisabeth's Digital Collection!!

Made a winter themed card using PTI bright pink CS, Gold foil AC Specialty Paper and BG Eva dp's!! The middle dividers are SB Borderablities Dies~~ "Lotus Border Petites" which were laced with gold/sheer ribbons. MS holly leaves border punch fancied the top and bottom dp. The flowers were made using the punch outs of the borderabilities--I softened with stylus and curled edges before adding snowdrops and rhinestone centers.

This view shows dimension of course but... if you look close the matted marroon BG dp under the image was made with SB Contemporary Hearts Pendant die--alot of the design has gotten covered up by image but.....the open hearts that were punched out were used as accents throughout the card :) Other embellies include MiCrafty Flower leaf swirls and Paper Studio holly gem brads as well as more Marvy Snowdrops!!! :)

Colored with Copics. Added stardust stickles to wings and yellow stickle to light, holly leaves and wreath and.......then used my "Marvy Snow Maker" pen to add tons of snowdrops :)

Isn't Sebastian the Snowman by Alisa Ramirez ever so cute in Green:) You can find him at Michelle's Scrapbooking Store!! Made a birthday card!! Colored him with Copics...greens--G99, 85, 82 Browns-- E 29, 27, 25, 21 Others--C2, 1, 00, W1, 3 Ground very lite--B0000, B60, W1 and then sponged over top with TH Weathered Wood DI. Made clouds by sponging TH stormy sky DI using a template that I found on Bev's blog~~Thanks dear!!!

Papers are Kaisercraft Jungle Bug Collection~~such a cute selection of dp's for boys and really such adorable dp for this fun lovin' image!!! Image cut out with SB Oval nestie and matted with SB scallop oval nesties. Sentiment was computer generated and cut out using SB labels 1 and matted with SU curly label punch using green section of dp :)

Changed my medium here to Prisma and Pastel pencils. Lots and lots of stickles on this cutie~~ Stardust stickles on the water and bubbles.....Lime green stickles on the grass along with Antique Linen........Yellow stickles on duck and bird......Spiced marmalade stickles on hat bill and the outlining of image and sentiment!!

Paper Shelter Birthday Bear

I had the ambition to create something today--- so as I was browsing thru my digi images......I came across this adorable Paper Shelter~~"Happy Birthday To Me" Image that I bought awhile ago. It came as a pre-colored image as well so~~~~I printed the image and created the Cutest Birthday Bear card with a removable tag!!!

As I was dreaming up how to layout this card--I thought about the new SU stuff I got and it came to me that I could use my new phrases on the tag I was adding here ;) Turned out perfect for this image--Says: "Happy Birthday with a cherry on top"!!!

I am here to share a card I made for The Digi Bells Blog today!!!

I used the following sketch to create with "Lots of Love" ~~found in the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection.

the following is a card I made which is.... a "Just Because" card.........I just love getting surprises myself at random times throughout the year :D

***TIP***I just have to share.... that the HC Belle Rose leaf was cut out and then when I embossed it....it had shifted under the embossing mat and at first I was upset but after I looked at it---and looked at it-----and the longer I stared at it........I thought how clever and unique this turned out :0) so I then inked edges litely with TH aged mahogany ink and added rest of flowers and ribbon!!!

Inside of card~~following of sketch throughout :) Small white area is for personal message!!

Don't you just love the vintage look of the sweet card...with the inking and embossing, vintage paper, lacey ribbon and added lacey punches!!!

Hope you ALL had a wonderful Christmas!!

Today I am sharing Crissy's Newest Snowmen Digi's for this year at Sunday's With Crissy!!!

Gosh these snowmen are... Oh So cute...playful....fun... and the most festive little snow wonders :D

I Just Love them!!!!

These Adorable Snowmen can be found HERE at the Whimsy Stamps Store!!

My focus was to make "Thank You" cards or gifts.

Here they are all grouped together!! 3 differently shaped cards and a gift bag!!! All snowmen images were colored with Copics and then embellished with love:D

Snowman Angel~~WOW...Isn't he darling!!! Sparkled his wings, hat, cuffs, and snow with Frosted Lace Stickles!!!

Snowman Top O' The Mornin'~~~ Also another wonderful image with her (could make it a him also--Hee hee) feathered friend:) Here I added Frosted lace stickles to birds hat and berries on snowman's hat. Diamond stickles to holly leaves and Craft Lounge Sparkly Fluff to ground. And check out the new teeny tiny Recollections snowflake punch I got for Christmas!!! Love it!!!

Snowman Santa~~ so cute with his stocking full of gifts and jingle bells!! Frosted lace stickles sparklized him totally:) Sentiment made with SB ovals and "thank you" made with gold embossing powder and heat tool. TH Antique linen distress stickles gave glitz to the scallops!!

Lastly Snowman Skating~~FUN FUN FUN!!!! Here I altered a white gift bag...created a scene...skating in the Moonlight.... with DCWV dp--oh such pretty paper----lantern made with versamark, black embossing powder and added yellow stickles to give light a glowing look :) Oval is shiny dp to resemble moonlight with SB ribbon banner with "Thank You" stamped and then outlined with Viva Decor ruby glitter liner pen. Sentiment on bottom is from MFT.

Used the Adorable Elisabeth Bell for SCACD Exclusive Image called "First Snowball of Winter"

Colored with Copics--added Viva Decor Holo Iridescent Glitter Liner for sparkle on her hat, coat, ground, oval edges and homemade flower!! To give texture to snowball and ground added Craft Lounge Sparkly Fluff--OOoooo this makes it look so soft and fluffy!!

This view shows sparkle, how the curly lace wraps this little cutie, and the homemade flower with large and small decorative metal spacers and that Incredibly gorge Wild Orchid Pearl Brad!!! Finished flower accents with McGill branches and sparkly snowflake charm

Made with SB Mega ovals and scallop ovals.

Pixie Cottage Challenge #101

It is time for another Pixie Cottage challenge. Challenge #101 is this sketch and/or

The Theme...."Somebody Special" which will run for the next two weeks!!!

Remember you can use the sketch, the theme or both!!!! It is your choice :D

My card today follows the sketch using... The Pixie Cottage stamp: "To Santa from Buffy" by Alisa Ramirez

Sentiment made using Hero Arts stamp which was popped up onto a Die cut element found in the Kaisercraft Chapter One paper pack. The left side border is also a diecut found in the pack :) Softened edges of card and layers with TH Antique Linen DI. Accented edges with Lime green stickles for sparkle!!!

This cute bunny was colored with Copics. Outfit: BG15, 13, 11, 10 Bunny E47, 44, 43 42 & R20, 22 Chick and present: YR 24, Y13, 11 Bag: E77, 74, 71 Then added silver glitter glue to coat and hat brim and silver sparkly flower soft to hat pompom!!

Cut out image and Popped it upon SB circle nestie using Kaisercraft Chapter One dp. The black dotted paper is flocked~~oooohh so soft and fuzzy :D

Flowers are from prima and check out the black one---it is flocked and then I scrunched it for more texture and dimension. Center is a large silver domed metal spacer and Wild Orchid White Poppy. Holly leaves made from Sizzix die and accented with lime green stickles again!!!

She is so dern cute~~she just melts my heart!!!! I had gotten my inspiration to try Gold Copic coloring from my Dear Friend and teamie--Renkata (She is Superbly masterful at bringing realism to images using copics!!!) Hi Hun~~Waving to you from afar Hee Hee :o) Click HERE to view her awesome post!!!

Made a side step Card

Copic details~~ Hair-E77, 74, 70 Dress--kitty--prezzie--stars--lampost YR24, Y19, 15, 13, 11 Greens- sorry I forgot :( Blues--B01, 00, 0000 Cloud--C2, 00 and B0000

Added yellow stickles to wings, holly vines and litebulb. The snowflakes were made with Viva Decor Iced While Pearl Pen--mmm....mmm....mmmm I love these pens!!! Cut out image with SB blossom nestie using the "Outside the Box" technique and matted with SB circle nestie using gold CS. DP is Memory Box Tinsel pack. Thinking of you lace is held in place with MM antique brads. Finished side strips with some very shimmery poinsettia ribbon.

A Beautimous Snowball with snowflakes, Merry sledding image and decorated blossoms are covered in tons of Modge Podge~~Oh my Word it feels like glass!!!

Pixie Cottage Challenge #99

Happy Wednesday Everyone!! Wow Christmas is less than 3 weeks away--Unbelieveable for me :0)

Today is another Pixie Cottage Challenge

Remember you can use the sketch below and/or make a "Last Minute Gift"

As you see~~ I made a Christmas Gift Bag using the sketch!!! I so LOVE how this turned out that....it is a gift in itself~~I suppose I should put alittle gift inside~~Hee Hee

Image is Sandra Hammer's "Eerie Books"--I really enjoyed coloring this image. Funny thing is that my Mom came to visit a few weeks ago and saw this image on my desk and wanted to take it home with her--I sadly had to say "NO WAY" I need to create something with it--so maybe I will surprise her with it for christmas--can't tell you what will be inside cuz she reads my blog **LOL**

The layer behind image is made with kraft paper and Inkadinkado background christmas stamp which I stamped using TH walnut stain ink. All edges inked with the same TH ink. Flowers are Wild Orchid which I inked edges also and branches are Nellie Snellen and McGill punches and then of course sparkled with silver glitter glue. SU punches created the Hero Arts stamped sentiment.

Shows dimension~~stamped candle 2 more times. Candle popped up with zap dots and flame was given 3 layers with zap dots---not sure yet if I like these better than my regular foam tape. They are clear so you don't see them :) Candle was coated with diamond glaze and dish it has melted onto was coated with silver glitter glue.

Well friends this is my first time trying "The Reflection Technique"~~What do ya think?? I do like :D

Hello Digi Bell Friends~~~ I am here today with a Birthday Card using EBell's Sweet Digi Image called "Little Rapunzel" The Digi Bell's DT Blog has some amazing inspiration for you all everyday!!! You can find Little Rapunzel in EBell's Digital Collection

She was colored with Copics and a Gelly Roll Clear Star pen dazzled the flower centers in her hair and on her shirt and pants ;) Oh I love how this pen gives sparkle!!!

Papers are SU textured Cardstocks and BGrey's little black dress pad. The corner of the rose appliqued dp was made with a Nellie Snellen die. Birthday sentiment was created using SU modern labels punch. Little Rapunzel was cut out and layered onto a SB Scalloped Square--which was layered onto SB Fleur De Lis Pendant. Finished with Prima Rhinestones.

Created my card using this sketch from Elphine House Australia Challenge #10

Letters to Santa was colored with Copics and pastel pencils. Snowflakes or should I say snowballs made with frosted lace stickles and then topped with Viva Decor white transparent pen. Gave ground cover the snow glistening effect with frosted lace stickles. Inked edges with TH walnut stain. Papers were SU green cardstock, Gold textured cardstock and MF Decks the Halls pad. Matted image with SB Labels 22 nestie cut out of green cs. Snowflake sentiment made with..... BG Sizzix snowflake, EK Success snowflakes, SU small oval punch and SU Fabulous Phrases "thanks" stamp. Finished card with green pearls from stash, Wild Orchid pearls, lace, Zva pearl swirl and ribbons.

Now it is time for another Pixie Cottage weekly challenge. The Pixie Cottage #97 Challenge is to follow sketch below OR "Make a Set" (be it Christmas Cards, tags, card with matching box, etc.) Now remember..... you can use either or both--whatever suits your fancy :)

I followed the sketch and made a side-step style card using the most adorable stamp. It is........The Pixie Cottage "Not Even A Mouse" stamp by Alisa Ramirez. Click here to find it!!

Colored these cute, fun lovin', tired out critters with copics. Used colorless blender technique on a Q-tip to give texture to the bear. Copics used on him were E 01, 02, 04, 07. Added frosted lace stickles to his hat and MS glitter snow for texture on the ground.

Background~~ snowflakes made with versamark ink, utee thick embossing powder, and then sponged with TH stormy sky DI. Wiped off excess from snowflakes and added pearl centers with viva decor blue sapphire glitter liner pen. Just love the way this background added warmth to the image :)

Inside of card~~MS large snowflake border punch and Just Rite stamped sentiment with alittle copic coloring :) Softly inked edges with TH stormy sky.

Digi Bell's November Blog Hop and Challenge

Here we are~~November already and time for another spectacular digi release from Our Uber Talented Artist--Elisabeth Bell!!!! On this Hop if you came here from the Amazing Janiels's Blog --you are right on track!! Our featured Digital Image is in honor of Michele's Birthday :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHELE!!!!!!

Amazing Amazing ~~ Colored with Copics and pastel pencils. Then cut out with SB Labels 10 nestie. Matted with HC decorative oval window using brown cs. Softened edges with TH stormy sky DI while still in nestie and then punched slots for ribbon--adhered to card and added pearls with viva decor lt blue pearl pen

Flower by sentiment (Papermania stamp) is complimented with MS rose leaf and dew drop gem. Fiskars upper crest border punch designed the edges and used piece of scrap to fancy up the sentiment. Dp is Colorbok Earth Tone pack which I got at walmart.

Aren't these flowers wonderful!!! They are a mix from my stash--BUT...the centers are made with Epiphany Crafts tool~Round #14 and bubble caps using the dp I used on card and the soft blue piece is the new EC "Tea Room Vintage Setting"--wait till you see others that I got :D Leaves are HC die.

Shows Spica pen used on tablecloth, hairtie, stars on chair coverlet, ribbing on blouse, accented items on table and even kitty's ribbon :) Diamond glaze used on glass with paintbrushes in and finally check out her slipper~~added stardust stickles--isn't it the BEST!!!

Inside of card: SB Labels 10 secured with ribbon for personal message. The leafy flourish is HC Belle Rose stamp and die.

Hello Once Again Elisabeth Bell Friends............ Today I am posting for The Digi Bells Blog and I created a card for a little guy's birthday :)
Used the EB Digi image called "Toot Toot" ~~~Isn't he just the most realistic and fun lovin' image!!!!!! Every little boy I know LOVES trains or trucks :D You can find him and many others in EBell's Digital Collection

Toot Toot was colored with Copics--cut out with SB oval nestie and placed upon MS garden trellis piece punched out of kraft cs. SB curved rectangle nesties gave shape to card and the deckled rectangle nestie used for sentiment. PTI red and brown cs used. TH walnut stain was inked on edges of image, trellis, sentiment and Paper Studio corduroy buttons. Stampabilities music lyrics were stamped on red cs using Memento London fog ink. Sentiment is from PB critter party pack.

Can't you just hear him singing~~"I've been working on the Railroad..." :D

Shows dimension of image and sentiment using foam tape.

Inside of card~~Once again stamped the Stampabilities music with Memento London Fog ink and then Stamped a Great Impressions verse over it. A personal message can be written over the music lyrics :D

Wow Friends~~Have you seen the newest additions to The Sugar Nellies Adorables Collection--OMG!!!!! I just had to treat myself and immediately colored the Precious Victoria digi :)

Wild Orchid Challenge Blog has the perfect challenge for my card this week~~YEAH!!

Brown and Blue--My FAVE Colors!!!!!

Colored image with Copics {E70,71,74,77,79 for hat and dress~~B91,B0000 for dress, eyes and ribbons~~E0000,00, 01 for face~~Y26,YR31, E70 for hair} Added Sakura Clear star pen accents to Flower centers, buttons on jacket and to hairties and then cut out with SB labels 4 nestie.

Made a shaped card using the SB Grand Labels 23 nesties. Papers are Dark Blue textured cs and The Colorbok Earth Tone pack that I got at Walmart :) Lace was from my stash and wow this was the PERFECT fit for this card!!! Love when that happens :D The gems on lace and butterflies are MFT adornments!!

Don't you just LOVE all these Wild Orchid Flowers, stamens, leaves and pearl sprays!!! The butterflies are MS punches and vellum. I then painted the them and accented flowers with Iridescent medium for the Sparkle!!

Inside of card~~repeated layers as on front and added a Stampendous-"Just a little note.." with TH walnut stain DI. More MS sparkly monarch butterflies w/MFT adornment pearl :)

OK it is time to reveal the surprise that I mentioned on monday and be sure to read to end of post~~~a surprise for you is in store also :)

I have been selected to be a member of The Pixie Cottage DT-----YEAH!!!!!! Michelle has expanded her design team and has a Great Group of Designers joining The Pixie Cottage Challenge Blog!! Onto The Pixie Cottage Challenge #95~~sketch/theme is "Christmas Card"*****Now you can either use the sketch below OR make a Christmas Card Or use both (as I did)!!!

Made my first twisted easel card using "Hannah's Letter" by Sandra Hammer. Now I love Pics~~so beware :D LOL

Colored Image with Copics and black pastel pencil. Sponged TH old paper DI to soften edges. Snow in tree and on ground was given sparkle with DecoArt glistening snow writer pen and after that dried I added a snowier effect using my Marvy Snow Maker pen (this puffs as you heat it and as I found.. you can add several layers-whatever pleases you) to tree, Hannah's hat, cuff on jacket, mailbox, on the ground cover, on the greeting, and as you see more pics you will see it on flower arrangements as well as the Jolee tree embellie that I used :D LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!

Shows sketch layout and the fun BG Wassail papers. Red cs is Recollections. SB tag and SU modern label punch created Hero Arts greeting.

Lucious arrangement is WOC flowers, stamens, ribbon, pearls and lace!!! There's that snow again:D--LOL

Branches are SB foilage, HC Belle Rose, McGill and MS punches. The added ornaments are Jolee's stickers which was a pack I got as candy from Barbara-- Forgotten Scraps~~Thanks dear!!!

Added a SB Labels 4 nestie for a personal message to be written :)

It is a rainy Sunday here in Wisconsin for the Trick or Treater's today. I took time to make some cards for the Christmas Holidays up and coming :) One that I created is a side step Christmas Card ~~Using Whimsy's Classic Santa by Crissy Armstrong. Used a blue theme here and will be entering this in the Wild Orchid Challenge--Santa Claus is coming to town!!!

Colored Dear Santa with Copics~ of course!!! The postmark is from SU Festive Favorites set. The "Ho Ho Ho" is Hero Arts. Edges of image and postmark were inked with TH pumice stone and stormy sky. Added Viva Decor Sapphire lite blue glitter liner to felt fusion snowflake centers, on postmark and under Santa's shoes!!

Check out this cool look I got with the Marvy Snow Maker Pen--gives a velvety or fluffy look--depends on how much you add. I Actually added 2 layers cuz I wanted it fluffier!! Doesn't it look soo soft you want to feel it :D

If you look real close--you may be able to spot the Wild Orchid Crafts pearl stars and Moonstone brads that I used!! Love WOC products!!!!!

Happy Day Dear Friends

Today I am posting for Sunday's With Crissy!!! The theme for Challenge #22 is Thanks/Thanksgiving!!

OMG~~~wait till you see the amazing digital pencil sketches the Marvelous Crissy Armstrong dreamed up!!!!

I am so in love with these and BEST OF ALL they come in regular outlined format also if you are a fan of dark detail lined digi's :)!!!!

Ok so on with the FUN...........Pics galore so hag in there... Hee Hee:)

First off meet Christmas Bear--isn't he just THE cutest!!!

Printed him on watercolor paper and colored with prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits!! Cut out with SB circle nestie and matted with SB scallop nestie. Added Diamond Glaze to eyes, nose, cheeks and paw paddies :) Sparkled with stardust stickles.

MS tear drop RTPP used on a notecard I had laying around--just had to use with this image cuz the print portrays such a warm wooly softness to the card~~just like the sweater christmas bear is wearing :o) Kept the card simple so the focus is on the digi image!!! Below shows the shine and sparkle!!!!

Meet Sugar Pie Honey Bunch --isn't this chef just Brilliant!! I am smelling apple pie :D

Once again printed on watercolor paper and colored with prisma pencils and spirits.

Diamond glaze for eyes, nose, cheeks and pie tin. Stardust stickles glistened the floor and sentiment. Used an EK Success border punch along with another notecard from stash that gives the wooly warm softness when you look at it :o)

Doesn't that pie look Scrumpdilli-ishcious??? ok Yummy(I can spell that)!! LOL

Time for a new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge Blog Our challenge for October is to create something using 4 P's~~Pink, purple, pearls and pretties!!!
It was GREAT to see all the lovely creations last month for our fall photo challenge!!!! We sure do appreciate seeing the neat, wonderful talent you all have!!!!!!
So now we would love to see what you come up with for the 4p's challenge ;) Remember you can use any EBell image and just follow the challenge theme :D

My fun card includes EB "Wishes" exclusive for Belles'nWhistles

And as EB states...."Make a wish and count to three. What you hope and believe will be!"

Isn't she just tooo precious~~making a wish in her purple dress at the pink wishing well. Colored this gorgeous image with Copics and Prisma pencils.

Used: PTI purple cardstock, SU pink dp's and white cs along with ribbon, dew drops in place of pearls, MS heart border punch, MM fancy metal heart, SB heart nesties and the "Wish BIG" were stamps I found in my drawer of random stamps (gave them sparkle with Viva Decor Holo Iridescent Glitter Liner Pen) Oh yah and I used my Bow Easy to make the purple bow:)

I have sooo many requests for notebooks of all sorts. Sooooo...guess what I made-LOL!!

Yup

A "Just for You" Notebook~~~ using the newest and cutest Janiel's Harvest by EBell. Find her and her animal friends (froggy, chipmunk, birdies, and who knows who may be hidden in her basket?? Hee hee) in Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection!!!

Lots of layers~~Mounted everything using foam tape

Wild Orchid flowers and Sprigs from Michael's made up the flower arrangement. Added Wild Orchid red pearls throughout arrangement and in corners.

Golly gee friends this image is soooo much fun to color~~you have to get her and try it yourself. I colored image with copics and cut out with SB scallop nestie. Used MME Stella and Rose papers along with a sentiment from Just Rite which was cut out with Scallop circle and matted with SB blossom. all edges inked with TH walnut stain. Little leaves in corners are from an EK Success corner punch.

Good Day EB followers~~~
I made a gift card holder with Little Pati's Kisses~~one of my all time fave images which can be found in EB Digital Collection!!! I saw this idea on ODBD Blog featured by the one and only Amazing Becca Feeken~~gosh she is super amazing!!!!!

Colored Pati's Kisses with Copics and inked edges with TH antique linen. The bears fluffy tail is fancied with stardust stickles and Jelly roll clear star pen dazzled hairband, belt buckle and centers of snowflakes on red insert :) Hugz and Kisses is a Magnolia stamp!!

The Digi Bells have a GDT call going on right now.......deadline is Oct 29th!!! Details found HERE!!!

Hi Friends~~~

Decided to make a halloween card!!!

Got this adorable image from Michelle at Pixie Cottage Blog~~~Not sure if it's even available anymore but it's called "Halloween Kitty"

The challenge at PC is a sketch or the theme "dark and spooky"

I chose the theme

Colored image with Copics, AtYou Spica Gold pen and use purple glitter glue on hatband. Hey friends what do you think of that green jack-o-lantern??? Background sponged with TH black soot and weathered wood DI's. Cut out with SB circle nestie and matted on SB scallop circle nestie. Added a few homemade violet pearls with my Viva pen :)

Background design~~ used BG Indian Summer dp and stamped TH tree--found here at SS-- onto it with versamark ink and then heat embossed with black Zing embossing powder---oh my gosh I love how this came out!!! Added a few butterflies with my Marvy punch and Viva violet pearl pen tails. Sentiment is from Sentiments4You--thanks Lynne :D Fence was made with MS border punch--punched white and black cs and slightly offset layered them --then dazzled with purple glitter glue for the errie glistening of the spooky halloween nite~~:)

Isn't sweet little Janiel as cute as ever---and I am sure she is just as cute today!!!

Made a side step type card. Colored with copics and pastel pencils. Cut out with SB nestie and softly inked edges with TH walnut stain. Papers PTI cs and dp??? from my stash. SU punches and Teeny tiny wishes made the "Happy Thanksgiving" Lattice border made with MS large punch. Pumpkin is CB die called pumpkin spice!!! Layered the leaf and stem---fancied with my new Zva bling~~~Oh I love this new bling they came out with~~Sooo beware--you may be seeing alot more :)

The green square gems on the sides are BGrey bling its!!

Digi Bells DT Card

Wow EB Friends I have to tell you --the weather here in Wisconsin has been wonderfully warm, sunny and amazing for this time of year!!! So as I was thinking of what to create for my turn to post for The Digi Bells Blog.......... I decided to use one of Elisabeth Bells fun, Sweet, Fabulous digi images~~called Sweet Tooth!!! It can be found in EB's Digital Collection

Colored Sweet Tooth with Copics and pastel pencils. Used AtYou Spica Silver pen on gumball canister and if you look really close you can see that I added Viva decor translucent pen to some of the gumballs. Softened edge of image with TH Spiced Marmalade DI~~ wanted it to match the halloweeny or thanksgiving colored gumballs :)

Followed sketch from CLP for this month!!

Image cut out with SB curved rectangle die. Papers are PTI cardstock and Kaisercraft Chapter One dp. Distressed paper edges with Zutter distresser before inking with TH Spiced Marmalade DI. The dp under the image was embossed with CB vine folder, corners were fancied with The ever fabulous MiCrafty swirly corners chippies~that I inked and added dew drop to~~~~Love these!!! Paper lace was added to the striped dp and blinged with Orange Peel stickles. PTI brown CS was designed by layering SB edgeabilities dies. Finished with May Arts ribbon and white raffia distressed once again with TH Spiced Marmalade ink before adding a dangling heart charm.

Good Day All You Special Friends~~~
I am posting today for the Digi Bells DT Blog
I have to giggle because as I was working on this little cutie yesterday I was singing "Happy Birthday to Me" OH Yes.... it was my birthday but.... I only count blessings now not years anymore :D

This adorable digi image is... Li'l Lynda's Piano Forte

Gosh she is just adorable~~Identical to our sweet Lynda!!!!!~

OK so while crafting after singing "HB" to me~~I decided to make a Christmas Card??? Don't ask why--LOL could it be age related??? ha ha

Colored with Copics and added Ranger yellow stickles to dress lace and hairbow. AtYou Spica silver pen sparkled dolly's heart, shoes, dog tag and note on piano!! Cut out with SB deckled rectangle nestie. Papers are Echo Park, Gold Bazzill textured CS and PTI brown CS. Check out that sweet WO decorative metal corner :)

Wild Orchid flowers, MS frond leaves, a few tips of Magnolia Doohickey swirls, Viva Decor Holo Iridescent Glitter pen for blingy sparkle and that Pin...alittle story behind that pin--our youngest daughter's boyfriend is in the army and in Afghanistan sooooo to surprise her and to send his LOVE he wires flowers and gifts---yes yes the crystal pin was in a GORGEOUS arrangement she had received and she gave them to me to create with~I added a metal spacer and heart to it :) ~~Gosh she is "A Darling"!!!! AND AREN"T THESE ROSES MAGNIFICENT~~TRUE LOVE!!!

Herb the Snowman

Hi there Friends!!!

Today I have a card with WOJ~~Herb the snowman again by artist Elisabeth Bell :) This time he is in blue--my fave color LOL

Followed this sketch at Bunny Zoe Crafts

Colored Herb by Artist Elisabeth Bell with copics. The sky was made with a free cut piece of cs and TH stormy sky DI. Papers are MS cardstock and Kand Co dp. Swirls are the Magnolia doohickey on right and a segment of HC Belle Rose die on left--finished them off with small pearls. The large pearls were colored with copic markers B37 and 34. The snowflake is a combo of Creative Impressions shimmer snowflakes, a metal spacer and Wild Orchid moonstone brad.

I have to share that I got this really neat paint from The SCACD store and I just love it!!! I used DecoArt blue sapphire glamour dust glitter paint and Holy Moly does it ever sparkle~~LOVE IT!!!! I used it on edges of snowman, circles on gloves and scarf, dazzled his hat alittle and lastly the ground cover :D If you click on pic to enlarge you will see it better :) SPARKLE CITY!!!!!!!

LOTV Christmas Card

It's World Cardmaking Day today...so happy day to all my dear crafting friends worldwide!!!!

Made a christmas card with LOTV Balancing Act Bear~~~~going to enter it into the LOTV Ideas to Inspire challenge they are offering some fab prizes and all you have to do is enter a card by Oct. 8th

Wild Orchid Challenge is to Make it Sparkle with Stars. Stars were made with EK Success punches. Larger ones were smothered with diamond glaze before adding Wild Orchid silver and gold German Glass Glitter~~WOW do they sparkle!!! To the little yellow stars I added frosted lace and silver stickles. The pic below really shows the sparkle :)

Followed the sketch below for Totally Gorjuss

Isn't this christmas bear just the cutest!!! Colored him with Copics and pastel pencils. His hat was douced with frosted lace stickles and diamond glaze for his eyes, nose and the ribbon on prezzie. Papers are PTI cardstock and Memory Box Spiceberry pack.

Zoe of MiCrafty has had a birthday~~Yeah!!!!!! Her wonderful DT has surprised her by disguising her birthday celebration as a christmas blog hop. WOW what an AMAZING team indeed~~~unique and fabulous creations in honor of ZOE!!!!!!! If you haven't checked out the new images ----don't wait ~~they are incredible!!!!!!! I ordered mine already ;) Now...part of the fun is to create a new project using any MiCrafty image or chippie and you could receive a cute image called Party Girl Zoe.
I definitely wanted to join in so........................here is my card using MiC Summer Dreams

Tried a hand at sheer coloring~~her hat, ribbon on hat and dress--Hmmm..... What do you think???? I am gonna have to practice alittle or maybe alot more LOL

Used copic YG03 on white pearls so they matched her outfit :) The SU roses in the background on the blossoms die were first stamped with Studio G gold ink and again stamped with memento rich cocoa ink and on the rich cocoa flowers I added scattered straw distressed stickles. Edges were softened with studio G gold ink and then alittle TH antique linen over that.

Her hat brim and on the ground I also used scattered straw stickles :)

HELLO!!

Today I have a card with a very SPECIAL digi by The Fabulous EBell!!!

Parasol (Special) Digi

You can find this gorgeous image in EB's Digital Collection Gallery

Colored this gorge parasol with Copics and pencils (blue is my ultimate FAVE color and here I used the BV shade--AMAZING hey)!! Cut out with SB labels three. Sentiment is from "Just Rite" birthday sentiments set. Image and sentiment all given dimension with foam tape:) Used MS scallop 3-dot RTP punches and EK Success made the swirls in the flower arrangement! Flowers are Prima which I added alittle copic color to match the image :) Sparkle was added with Viva deor Holo Iridescent glitter pen~~oh YES I just couldn't let it be tooo simple :D

BEAUTIOUS BUTTERFLY~~White staz on ink stamped onto vellum~~Isn't it GORGEOUS!!!!

Close up here cuz it seems alittle fuzzy on other pic---reason is I had to take photos using kerosene lantern because we were without electricity last nite~~ don't know why???~~~yah yah that's what I get.. last minute deal with this girlie-- LOL!!!

So I am typing this post at 4:00am...........ANYWAY

Hello Sunday's with Crissy Friends!!!! Our Challenge for the month of September is Friendship~~~create anything you feel pertains to friendship--easy don't you think???

I have altered a notebook...needed a prezzie for a little boy

Colored with copics and pastel pencils. Added background with TH stormy sky and vintage photo DI's. Cut out image with SB peony nestie and the little sparkle around bottom of image is Viva Decor Holo iridescent glitter liner. Papers are BG mannakech pack. Dp under image was embossed using CB script folder and then swiped with TH walnut stain ink. Edges were punched with EK Success paw print~~cute and fitting for this image :) Sentiment is a Stampendous stamp.

Now the wooden fence.... I got at Michael's discount store and Inked by swiping with TH aged mahogany, then vintage photo and then alittle walnut stain....finished with Kaiser pearls~~I like how it turned out :)

Pic of inside cover~~once again used BG dp's and blue cardstock. SB mega oval nesties used with sentiment from Hero Arts stamped with Rich Cocoa memento ink--added a MS butterfly and the background vines are a stamp I got from my mom...I like the softness it added :)

"This book belongs to" was computer generated and cut out with peony SB nesties. The top and bottom dp was created using SU scallop border punch. Both sentiments were outlined with Viva glitter liner too!! Love that sparkle LOL

This is the back cover. BG dp with paw prints punch along edge and then added more MS butterflies and Viva decor glitter liner.

What you think of this card???~~I stamped image onto dp with Rich Cocoa Memento ink. It had the washed out, faded look... so I decided to give her outfit alittle color--just to make her pop slightly from the design on the paper :)

Hanging sign post is a Kaisercraft Wooden Flourish with a Just Rite stamped sentiment. Inked wooden sign post with TH vintage photo DI. Gosh it turned out COOL!!!!!!

Wild Orchid Challenge has a Christmas Themed Sketch this week.

Made a card using WOJ Herb snowman stamp.

Used Copics and pastel pencil. Added snow with DecoArt glistening snowwriter. The cool silver candy diecuts I got from Susie Sugar at Die Cut Dreams as candy last season :)~~Thanks Susie these are Fab!!!!!! MS punches fancied the corners of image and gave branches to the flowers :) Flowers; stamens; "siam pink" seam binding; stars and pearls are all from Wild Orchid!!!! Mmm love their stuff!!!!! Sparkled flowers with silver glitter glue. DP is Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly pack.
