Create a card or project that is two tone - if it has an image this can be coloured..... but the surroundings are to be Two Tone Colours only.. If pattern paper is used.. try to keep it two tone paper.

Colored with Copics----added Diamond Glaze to balloons, shoes and dress----to give a satin/silky sash look :)
