Hello Everyone~~ Summer CHA in Chicago was absolutely Unforgetable!!!!!   When we walked into the Donald E Stephens Convention Center I had to stop and tell myself to breathe--LOL   The room seemed unending ~~friendly people everywhere, unimagineable excitement and every crafting item or gadget you could possibly imagine and MORE!!   I have to thank my dear daughter Kim~Crafts By Kim for this magical opportunity~~~SO THANK YOU KIM!!!

Here we are at the Super Show with Colleen --The Viva Decor Diva :))  She is such a genuine and grateful person~~Love you Colleen!  Boy oh boy do we love her products!!!

SWEET BABY GIRL CARD

Jennifer Meyer--owner of Stamps and Smiles had opened her home to us for the week.  What an amazing family they are--Thanks Jennifer--Her and her families love and kindness was beyond extreme!!

So yesterday I made time to craft with a few of my new fun things from CHA--just like christmas :)

Used a digi image that Jennifer shared with me--called Sweet Baby Girl  and used the sketch from MMSC64:      

Sweet Baby Girl Card!  Starting with a few close ups~~~

Isn't this just the cutest!!
Colored with copics. Used sky blue shimmerz on moon and sparkle ATYou Spica on stars and jammies:)

Added Marvy Liquid applique to cloud. Punched around image and matting with MS traditional eyelet corner punch. Popped image up with foam tape, added gold star button, inked edges with TH spun sugar ink and finished with Viva Decor Rose paper pen sprinkled with glamour dust.

Papers are Basic Grey Sugar Rush, SU cardstock and Gingham Paper found HERE.

Sentiment "hello baby" is SU Teeny Tiny Wishes.

Swirls were stamped with versamark--embossed with gold powder and fancied with Viva Decor Rose Paper Pen and glamour dust :)

The inside: top portion

"Small Wonder" is a SU Whimsical Words sentiment stamped on a Whipper Snapper tag which was stamped with versamark--embossed with gold powder and cut out. Embellished tag and eyelet lace on gingham paper with Viva Rose Pen again~~I like the Viva Pens!!!

Now The Inside: bottom or message portion:

Message area is bordered with Blitz Sequins stickles.

Lower border was stamped with a Whipper Snapper heart border stamp again with versamark and gold embossing powder and fancied with Viva Pen ;o)  Yum yum!!

Precious Moments Wedding Card

Wedding Card using sketch by Martine from SSS and a Precious Moments Wedding Image found HERE

Hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed making!!

Colored with Copics~~accented leaves, birds, bowtie and her wedding band with AtYou Spica pens.  Used Twinkling oyster H2o on dress, shoe and veil.  Added diamond glaze to Roses and their eyes:))  Matted with pink textured CS cut out with SB Rectangle scallop nestie. Viva Decor Iced White Pearl Pen accented scalloped nestie and Her Veil!!

This pic shows shimmer of H2o and diamond glaze on eyes and alittle hard to see on Roses.

Inside of card: Made a retro flower with dp and inked edges of message area with TH brown corduroy ink.

Whola~aren't they ADORABLE ~what do you think??

Finished with pearls in corners and on silver lace.  Used R22 copic pen to soften pearls on lace

FAITH LEMONS

Look at this wonderfully gorgeous image!!
I was lucky to have received this GORGEOUS Digi "Faith Lemons" as a gift from Isabella's Sketchbook!!!

Used this sketch from The Beary Sweet Scrap Blog: 

WOW!!~~~ I myself LOVE this card!!

Computer Digi~~Faith Lemons colored with Copics!  Accented with ATYOU Spicas~~red, green, silver, and gold throughout the whole image~~it really sparkles beautifully:)

Used diamond glaze on lemons, basket base and basket handle for SHINE!!!

***Outlined image and with lime green stickles***

Punched dp with Fiskars leaf border punch and added lime green stickles to the leaves.  Embellished with ribbon and pearls and One teeny tiny butterfly~~~Love the image so much that I didn't want to add anymore:o)

My Card is an inbetween of these sketches at MMSC62~~Super Fun sketches to follow!!!

Hope you enjoy my Card: My first Monochrome Card:))

Image is my New Magnolia Love Sealing Tilda~~but to me I see it as a big Crayon--Silly Me LOL--that's the kid in me!!!!

Stamped image on Neenah paper--then used my new CB Scrollwork folder and embossed--I Likey!!

SU ticket corner punch detailed corners of image and TH Brown Corduroy ink softened edges.

Tilda colored with Copics.  Accented with Sakura glaze pen.  Diamond glaze added shine to the wax!!Diamond stickles sparkles her hairties, ruffle on dress, butterflies and my New Wild Orchid Roses.  Viva decor pen used on butterflies also:))

The big Rose was a gift from Suzanne Dean at Scrap Bitz~~Thanks a ton Suzanne--Love them!!

Donkey Smiles for Michelle

A Spoonful of Sugar and two of Whimsy Stamps lovely Artists Melissa Jenkins and Ann Vento have teamed up together to help support Michelle Oatman who had a bad accident on June 23rd leaving her without an eye and many surgeries in the future.  These artists designed a donkey image and sentiments free to us:)  Thank you Ladies!!!    Go Here to find the image!!!

Isn't this just the cutest Donkey.  Colored with TH Distress inks on strathmore watercolor paper.  Used sketch from All That Scraps!  Image was printed twice and layered using foam tape

Close up of cutey!!  On image below you will be able to see the Beeswax Shimmerz I used to outline donkey:)   Heat embossed inner ears and footsies with Bubblegum scented gelly powder. Diamond glaze gave shine to nose, eyes and cheek. Litely paint background with sky blue shimmerz for sparkle--hard to see.  Viva decor pens, stickles and multiliner pens finished the embellishments:)

Used the SPECIAL image Tina Wenke produced for Michelle Oatman who had an unfortunate accident last week and lost an eye~~ Click Here to check it out and possibly make a donation:))

Colored Stampavie image with Copics.  Distressed edges of DP with TH distressing tool, dry embossed with CB distressed stripes folder and outlined edges with antique gold and lime green stickles.  Right border punched with MS butterfly border punch. Outlined punched out butterflies with lime green stickles.  Used SB nesties to mat image~~added dots with Sakura glaze white pen to scallops and loops.Finished with lace on ribbon~~embellished with butterfly on leaves.  Used scortape to give image dimension:))

Close up of Donkey~~used dot technique to color~~added Diamond glaze to inner ears, nose and hooves for shine:)  Diamond stickles blinged up basket and small butterfly.  Lime green stickles on leaves in basket and on octagon border. Then added FS to flowers.  The 2 yellow flowers were created with Liquid applique and colored with Y08 Copic marker. Softened edge of image by sponging with TH Mustard seed distress ink~~added sky with dot technique again using B000,B00 and B02~~used C1 for shadow effect around image. Finished grass with copic dots and FS:)

My Card~~Today is July 1st and many times I have heard the saying:  "Christmas In July"  well I decided to feature Miss Tilda with her sweets in her pocket off to pre-sent a gift to a SWEET SPECIAL friend :))

A Few close ups::

Colored Tilda with Prisma pencils~ added lime green stickles to hairties, socks, lace on dress and present.  Icicle stickles on candy canes, bow on prezzie and ground cover:))  Did add silver spica to hair but hard to capture on pics.

Flowers and leaves are Primas~~centers are from my stash--one is metal with pearl, one is gold glittered button and last on gold flower is Viva decor red glitter liner topped with icicle stickles!!

Next pic is showing the sparkle alittle more!!
