Easter Gift Basket

Today is my day to share a creative post for The Digi Bell's DT Blog!

I created a cute Easter Treat Basket using EBell's digi image called...

Flowers~ YR09, 04, Gelly Roll white pen
Grass~ YG67, 17, 06, G17, Gelly roll white pen
Ground~ FC green and gray pastel pencil
Cut out with SB oval nesties and Inked with TH anitque linen....lots of layers giving dimension with foam tape!!

Added a section of CS (5 1/2"L x 2"W) to create a treat box which is 1 1/2"wide by 2" tall---perfect size for little something:)) Glued to basket shapes which were created from HC Decorative Layered Basket Dies!!  Papers--DCWV cardstock and MB Minuet stack!!  Finished with HC leaves, MD bird and elegant branches, and SU sentiment using word window punch.

This is back of box...only added MS crocheted butterfly--oh so pretty!

Another month gone by but, another month closer to warm weather.....I am getting sick of the cold sub 0 temps!!!

Cut out with SB Mega Oval and litely inked with TH antique linen while still in nestie.  Matted with SB Mega Classic Scallop Oval and larger Mega Oval.  Gave dimension with foam tape.

Sentiment~ SU Teeny Tiny Wishes on Smallest Mega oval die

Tools~ MS large border punch, EK Success dotted wave border punch, MD LR0150 (branch) and LR0205(bird and house)

Embellies~ ivory grossgrain ribbon and silk pattern ribbon, MiCrafty Swirly chipboard corners,  MF pearls, Prima flower, WOC flowers, Pearl Heart stick pin, metal charm

 Prima Large flower is surrounded by MD dies, WOC flowers,  Pearl heart pin

 MiCrafty chipboard corner was spritzed with TA CremedeChocolat glimmer mist and fancied with MF pearl

The completed inside~~MD dies once again, MF dp's---oh so pretty!!, TH vintage photo ink, Whimsy Double Scallop Square Doily for personal message

Cut out with SB Labels 14 and litely inked edges with purple and green Studio G chalk ink

 Papers~ SU textured purple CS and Brown CS from stash.  SB Fancy Lattice created background with brown CS and adhered with foam tape.  Ribbons are MM and also adhered with foam tape.  Paw print was cut from a cellophane package and glued to SB scallop oval nestie.  Used SB A-2 fancy ribbon threaded die for tag which was inked with Studio G Chalks like image:)   SB "friend" Sentiment inked and added with foam tape.  Finished with WOC flowers, Wooden heart buttons, MS frond and rose leaf punches, Ribbon, and HG icon accents in upper left corner

Cut out with SB Circle nestie and fussy cut--Matted with SU cs cut with Scallop Octagon nestie and Doily from stash.  Added Metallic Liquid Pearls around image on boom box and earring!  Cotton candy and Stardust stickles on outer edges:) 

SU pink cardsotck, Heidi Grace shimmery glitter dp, Doily from Michael's Store.  Used Fiskar border punch, SB circle and Scallop Octagon nesties

 Sentiment is Whimsy Freebie cutout with SB oval and matted with SB Floral oval

Flowers, leaves, Crown pearls, Lace--all WOC!!!  MS butterflies, PS Pearl Brad and Glittery tulle complimented the WOC products:)  Sparkled flowers with Cotton candy and Stardust stickles

Valentine Tag

It is Friday....time for a new Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge!!!!

Oh I love these creatables!!

For my project......I made a "Valentine Tag" to add to any gift bag, present or treat:))  Gosh I had fun with this!!

Papers are all from DCWV Love and Wedding Pack.  Using Marianne Die LR0154 set,  I traced largest die onto red textured cs to create base--then with same die, cut out using White textured cs--then traced smaller die onto dp from pack and cut using different dp.  The smaller was given dimension with foam tape after adding a PS brad. I distressed edges of red cs with my TH distressing tool. 

Heart was made with SB classic and scallop classic heart dies.  Spritzed white heart with Tsukineko Frost shimmer spritz--hard to see in pics:(  Added "Love" with stickers from DCWV pack!!  Finished with flower die from MD LR0154, PS brad, Metal heart charm, and ribbon

Flower and Green leaves created with MD LR0128---atop flower (which was also spritzed) added PS Metal flower with brad~~other elegant additions were with MD LR0157 and then finished with Small flowers from LR0154 set with VD Irridescent GL centers:))  Tucked in ribbon for fun!!

Ok~~~now here is GRANT!!!!

Daddy assembled the mat--isn't it cute!!!

 He really didn't know what to do with the cake ;)  He did gently finger into it, but didn't care to be messy--LOL His mommy was like that!!!

Boy oh boy.....he sure likes his new Thomas the Train push and ride!!!  Always moving....walks with and along things but not quite on his own yet.....I don't think it will be very long tho and then watch out!!!!!!!!!

To start out the year, we have a color challenge~~ White on White with a touch of Red

For This Birthday Card I used this dapper looking little guy and his kitty......

an EBell image called Tommy's Apples for Mommy exclusive for EHA!!  

White and red CS used :)  Bottom layer texturized with Couture Creations Entangle embossing folder and used TH distresser tool on edges and then inked with TH Fired Brick DI.  Next white layer was cut out with SB Grand Labels 23, texturized with Craft Concepts In Stitches embossing folder and placed with foam tape.  Sentiment was computer generated and cut out with SU punches.  Branch and fence are Marianne Design Dies.  Finished with Red ribbon and fancied fence with VD Ruby GL pen and TH Black Soot DI.

 Here is the new digi--Me Time---colored with Copics

 Created a bookmark....For my personal "me time" I like to read!!  As the sentiments say---reading inspires happiness for Me!!!

Tools used~~SB Edgeabilities Classic Triple Scallop dies, SB Shapeabilities Fancy Lattice, Sentiments, and Lacey Hearts for fancy corner, SB Large deckled rectangles to cut out image.  Papers were all scraps and finished with ribbons and metal dot.
