Here is Miss Magnolia Dangling Tilda with her basketful of Stars to Celebrate the 4th of July!!!

Blue CS was dry embossed with Sizzix Ornate textured folder.  Used CB music folder on white CS and matted with red CS punched with MS modern garland  border punch and added Viva Decor Iced White Pearl Gems~~used scor-tape for dimension.

Colored with Prisma pencils and Copics!!  Cut out with SB curved rectangle nesties. I was trying to do clouds for background but..........so I finished with TH china blue distress ink and prisma pencils and gave it a marbled effect :)  The red mat was embossed with CB swiss dot folder.

Punched out stars with Fiskars punch and glued them into her basket~  oops like all little ones she was losing them along the way:D~~ glitzed them up with stardust stickles.  The stickles were used on her socks, on lace and handle of basket and on ruffles of her shirt. 

Viva Decor Iced white pearl pen was used to make her jewels--hairties, earrings and necklace :)

Sentiment is from Lizzie Anne Designs--used SU brilliant blue marker--punched with SU oval punch--blinged with red stickled heart and Viva decor pearl pen again :))
